First: customer subscription
Customers must register in the Meem application before enjoying the service’s features by providing the website with the customer’s name and an effective Iraqi mobile number. The company does not accept any other way to subscribe to the service.

Second: Shopping
Meem services allow the use of the electronic shopping cart after subscribing, where the customer can browse the goods displayed on the Meem website or application and add the goods required for purchase to the cart until the order is confirmed.

Third: Orders and delivery
Meem undertakes to deliver the purchases made by the customer within a maximum period of seven working days from the date of placing the order. If obstacles occur outside the company’s control, the company must notify the customer of this.

Fourth: Collecting the purchase amount
Meem collects the amount of purchases from the customer upon delivery, and the customer must sign the order list upon payment

Fifth: Customer confidentiality and privacy
Meem pledges its credibility regarding customer information (name, mobile number, and governorate), and that this information will not be misused and will not be sold or given to any other party.

Sixth: terminating the customer’s account
Meem has the right to terminate the customer’s account without prior notice, and to resort to court (if necessary) in the following cases:

• Entering false or misleading information by the customer during the registration process
• The customer's refusal to pay the amount due for the purchase rights
• Misuse of the service by the customer
• Detecting hacking activities or abnormal events
• Out-of-context customer participation on the social media pages of the Meem service
